Mumbai: Kung Fu master Cosmo Zimik has released a documentary film ‘Life of a Dojo Master’ on the life of Cosmo Zimik. It was released in association with Chitah Jeet Kune Do Global Sports Federation and Empty Hand Combat. Zimik Sarah,Lang Zimik,Sagoon Wagh,Sridevi Shetty Wagh,Amarjit Shetty and Chitah Yajnesh Shetty graced the occasion.
“Life of a Kung Fu Master” documentary is a week in the life of Master Cosmo Zimik, a man born in remote region of Manipur, India, who settled and made his way to the USA. In the “Life of a Dojo Master” Master Cosmo has found a way to be refreshing and inspiring to this generation. The saying is true that the truth will set you free and that message is important to people today. Living without fear and on borrowed time, Master Cosmo does not hold back to spare feelings now and he reaches out to young men and women in all levels of society through his martial arts Dojo. Whether it is meeting with community leaders, a homeless person or an ‘At Risk Youth’, he is always encouraging and speaking the truth with positive but tough words. He has helped thousands of at-risk kids to better their situation in life.
Grandmaster Chitah Yajnesh Shetty, Founder of Chitah Jeet Kune Do Global Sports Federation, who conferred an 8th degree black belt to Master Cosmo says, “In this documentary, you will see the power of living intentionally and with purpose, no matter how small the action is. Both Grandmaster Chitah and Master Cosmo use martial arts to reach out to the less fortunate Cosmo Zimik’s leadership and fearless attitude have impacted many kids, youth, and young adults. Master Cosmo has students who have become good working citizens, Law Enforcement agents, Swat Team members, military personal, Instructors, personal trainers, and community leaders.
