New Delhi: Congress MP Manish Tewari has demanded a statement by the Union Law Minister in the Lok Sabha on the issue of cash recovery from the residence of Delhi High Court Justice Yashwant Varma. Talking to media outside Parliament, Mr Tewari said, the entire judicial and legal fraternity and citizens across the country are extremely concerned about the incident. He said the constitutional procedure about the oversight of the judiciary has been laid down in the Constitution.
