Maya at 787 Unveils an Enchanting New Cocktail Menu Celebrating Bold, Layered Flavours

Gurgaon’s newest culinary address, Maya at 787, now introduces an all-new cocktail menu that brings its philosophy of “The Irresistible Allure of Hidden Flavours” to the bar. Conceptualised as an extension of its Indian-Spanish small plates experience, the beverage program is designed to complement and elevate every dish while offering a narrative of its own.

Spanning 7,000 sq. ft. with an intimate seating of 80, Maya at 787 has quickly positioned itself as a refined dine-in destination, reimagining thalis and tapas through a contemporary lens. Helmed by Chef Pradeep Koli, who brings over 25 years of global culinary expertise, the restaurant’s menu features inventive creations such as Chenna Pearls with Summer Gazpacho, Duck Sukka, Prawn Thecha, Tawa Gucchi Paprika Hemp Chaat, and the signature Maya Pie.

The newly launched cocktail menu is crafted as an “invitation into a world of enchantment,” where each drink unfolds layers of flavour and storytelling. Guests can explore creations like the bold Maya Picoso with tequila and gazpacho, the zesty Grapefruit Paloma with jalapeño shrub, and the elegant Ispagin with raspberry, lychee, and rose foam. From smoky paprika-infused bourbon blends to refreshing botanical G&Ts and timeless classics, every cocktail mirrors the kitchen’s signature interplay of Indian warmth and Spanish finesse.

The launch evening was further elevated by the presence of Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Parvesh Verma, who graced the occasion, adding to the celebratory spirit of the evening.

Blending culinary artistry with innovative mixology, Maya at 787 invites guests to indulge in a multi-sensory dining experience where every sip and every bite tells a story one that lingers long after the evening ends.
