More than 1430 nominations filed in last six days for Rajasthan assembly elections

Jaipur: A large number of nominations have been filed on Saturday (4th November 2023) for the assembly elections in Rajasthan.  A total of more than 1 thousand 450 nomination forms have been filed in the state In the last six days. Former Chief Minister of the state Vasundhara Raje filed her nomination for Jhalrapatan Assembly constituency today. Addressing the media after the nomination, Mrs. Raje said that the people have decided to change the government . On the other hand, senior Congress leader C.P. Joshi submitted his nomination papers for Nathdwara seat. While addressing his nomination rally, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot enumerated the works of the state government.

Akashvani correspondent reports that Col Rajyavardhan Rathore from Jhotwara seat of Jaipur, Narpat Singh Rajvi from Chittorgarh, Madan Dilawar from Ramganjmandi, Jitendra Gothwal from Khandar and Ramlal Sharma from Chaumu are the prominent faces who filed nominations on Saturday (4th November 2023) from Bhartiya Janta Party. Many senior leaders from congress also filed nominations including Parsadi Lal Meena from Lalsot, Gaurav Ballabh from Udaipur, Deependra Singh from Shri Madhopur. Rashtriya Loktantrik Party leader Hanuman Beniwal has filed nomination from Khinwsar seat. Candidates of other parties and independents have also filed nominations in large numbers on Saturday (4th November 2023).
