New Delhi: NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC RE), a subsidiary of Indian utility NTPC Ltd, is soliciting applications from consulting firms interested in carrying out geotechnical investigation for 325 MW solar PV capacity at Shajapur Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh.
The investigation needs to be carried out for 105 MW (U6) and 220 MW (U7) Shajapur solar PV projects of NTPC RE in Shajapur district. The tenderer intends to finance the subject package through own resources.
NTPC has already secured power purchase agreements (PPA) for this capacity with the Indian Railways, Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) and Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL), after winning it in a July 2021 auction.
