Only 40% of households in Assam got power connections till 2014 but in 5 years of BJP rule, the percentage has touched 85%. 27 lakh in Assam covered under Ayushman Bharat scheme. 50 lakh people from Assam have taken Mudra loans.” “Because of your faith, I have been able to try to change the lives of the poor and deprived of Assam,” Modi added. “With your blessings, we are protecting the cultural heritage of Assam and we have acted against illegal immigrants,” said the PM. Attacking the Congress, the PM said, “Congress family is experiencing sleepless nights after we have hit the terrorists,” adding, “Not only chowkidars, opposition parties also dislike chaiwallahs (tea-sellers) too.” The PM also said, “You are happy.
