Patna: In Bihar, all major political parties are now busy finalizing their list of candidates for the second phase of elections. The nomination process of the second phase has started but parties like BJP, Congress and RJD have not issued a list of their candidates.
Polling will be held in 94 assembly constituencies spread over 17 districts in this phase on the 3rd of November.
BJP and Congress are likely to announce their list of candidates today. JD(U) has announced a list of 115 candidates for all the phases. A JD(U) candidate and former minister Manoj Kumar Kushwaha returned his party symbol from Minapur constituency in Muzaffarpur district. He is willing to contest from Kurhani (कुढनी) assembly seat which has gone to BJP in seat sharing.
