New Delhi: Raheja Developers has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment towards its customers, stakeholders, and ongoing projects, while clarifying that the company’s operations and brand remain completely stable and unaffected.
The company announced that it recently came under searches conducted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) across certain locations. While media reports and public statements have referred to alleged seizure of documents and provisional attachment of certain assets, the company stated that ED has acted in haste without referring to actual facts of the matter. The company has faith in the judiciary to deliver justice once the true facts are presented to prove that no such alleged acts like money laundering or siphoning has ever been done.
Responding to the developments, Raheja Developers strongly denied and opposed the allegations being circulated in the public domain and reiterated that the organisation has always operated with the highest standards of ethics, statutory compliance, and corporate governance throughout its 36-year legacy.
“With over 20 successfully completed projects and more than 8,000 delivered units, Raheja Developers has consistently honoured its commitments towards homebuyers and stakeholders. The company remains fully committed towards the timely execution and delivery of all ongoing projects,” the company stated.
Raheja Developers further emphasized that there are absolutely no concerns regarding the operational stability of the brand, construction activities, or customer commitments. All business operations continue normally, and the company remains focused on maintaining the trust and confidence of its customers, investors, channel partners, and financial institutions.
The company also stated that it is fully cooperating with the concerned authorities and will continue to place all relevant facts on record through the appropriate legal process.
“Despite challenges, Raheja Developers has always upheld strong value systems and has never indulged in any malpractice. We remain confident that the truth will prevail,” the statement added.
