New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav addressed a joint press conference in Ghaziabad today. While talking to the media, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi said that this is an election of ideology. I.N.D.I. Alliance is committed to protecting the Constitution and democracy.
Unemployment, inflation and participation in parliamentary elections are among the major issues of the alliance. He claimed to form the Coalition government after the Lok Sabha elections and said that the coalition government aims to provide one lakh rupees to poor women and maximum employment opportunities to the unemployed.
He said that MSP will be implemented to benefit the farmers and a law will be made to end the problem of paper leakage.
Mr. Gandhi said that caste census is necessary for the development of the society.
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said that this election will give a new direction to the country’s politics. He appealed to the people not to divide their votes.
