Train services will be regulated as detailed below to facilitate the renovation and re-girdering of a Railway Bridge between Neyyattinkara – Parassala stations on 28th March, 2025.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION
- Train No. 16127 Chennai Egmore – Guruvayur Express, departing from Chennai Egmore on 28th March, 2025, will be short-terminated at Nagercoil Town. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagercoil Town and Guruvayur.
- Train No. 16128 Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Express, scheduled to depart from Guruvayur at 23.15 hrs. on 29th March, 2025, will instead commence its journey from Nagercoil Town as per regular schedule. The train will be partially cancelled between Guruvayur and Nagercoil Town.
- Train No. 16649 Mangaluru Central – Kanniyakumari Parasuram Express, departing from Mangaluru Central on 28th March, 2025, will be short-terminated at Thiruvananthapuram Central. The train will be partially cancelled between Thiruvananthapuram Central and Kanniyakumari.
- Train No. 16650 Kanniyakumari – Mangaluru Central Parasuram Express, scheduled to depart from Kanniyakumari on 28th March, 2025, wil instead commence service from Thiruvananthapuram Central. The train will be partially cancelled between Kanniyakumari and Thiruvananthapuram Central.
RESCHEDULING
- Train No. 16729 Madurai – Punalur Express scheduled to leave Madurai at 23.20 hrs. will be rescheduled to leave Madurai Jn. at 23.50 hrs. (ie. 30 minutes late) on 28th March, 2025.
REGULATION
- Train No. 16128 Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Express, departing from Guruvayur on 28th March, 2025, will be delayed for 1 hour 10 minutes en route.
- Train No. 56306 Kochuveli – Nagercoil Junction Passenger, departing from Kochuveli on 29th March, 2025, will be delayed for 30 minutes en route.
- Train No. 56102 Nagercoil Junction – Kollam Junction Passenger, departing from Nagercoil Junction on 29th March, 2025, will be delayed for 20 minutes en route.
