Resonia Ltd., a leading power transmission infrastructure company, has announced the appointment of Aditya Mittal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he will report to Prashant Sinha, CEO, Resonia Ltd. and will be based in Mumbai.
With nearly two decades of experience, Aditya will play a key role in strengthening Resonia’s financial foundation as it advances its next phase of growth. A seasoned finance leader, his expertise spans strategic finance, performance controlling, forecasting, budgeting, and governance, along with P&L management, internal audits, business reviews, and statutory and tax audits. He has worked across project and product businesses in sectors including infrastructure, energy, metals, oil and gas, and manufacturing, with global exposure across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Resonia, Aditya spent over 15 years with Siemens and Siemens Energy, most recently serving as Finance Head – Grid Solutions at Siemens Energy. In this role, he partnered closely with the CEO to deliver fourfold business growth over two years, built new business lines generating stable revenues and drove a finance transformation agenda focused on outsourcing, digitalisation, and standardisation. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he worked across assurance and advisory, followed by a role in strategic finance at QAI India Limited, where he was involved in business planning, cash flow projections, and financial controls.
Aditya is a Chartered Accountant (2008) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ramjas College and a Masters in Business Administration from Friedrich–Alexander University.
