According to the startling report, there is a dispute between India and China over the border in the region and this new construction could be an important step towards strengthening China’s territorial claims along the border of Arunachal Pradesh. The Indian Intelligence Bureau had disclosed the Chinese government’s big conspiracy in February this year.

China, which was hindering the terms of Tibet’s autonomy and rights, did not sign the agreement, but Britain and Tibet signed a treaty called the McMahon Line. The line was named after Henry McMahon, a British official who offered the border. This line is the official border of India and China. By 2020, India says that the McMahon Line is the legal limit in the past. China has never accepted the border, stating that Tibet was never independent when it signed the Shimla agreement. Now, in this Arunachal Pradesh, China has constructed 3 villages along the McMahon line. “China is settling Han Chinese and Tibetan members of the Communist Party near the Border of India to thwart its territorial claims and increase infiltration along the border,” said Brahma Chelani, an intelligence corps of the Indian Army and tracking China’s activities.
The new satellite image presented in the report came at a time when pictures of relocation of Chinese villages in Bhutanese territory were reported a week ago. It is about seven kilometres away from the Doklam site where in 2017, there was a conflict between the troops of India and China. The images shown in this report have been obtained from Planet Labs. As of February 17, 2020, only one village appears in the region. It shows more than 20 structures (houses), these are considered chalets (wooden houses usually built in mountainous areas), which can be easily identified through the red roof. The second picture is november 28, showing three additional enclaves with at least 50 structures. It may be known that 8 rounds of military talks have been held between China and India to restore status quo in the border dispute in eastern Ladakh but the two sides have not yet reached any concrete conclusion.
As winter swells, the deployment of troops in the area is a very difficult task. It may be known that China disputes the border situation in Arunachal Pradesh and the Chinese maps show the entire Arunachal Pradesh as part of its territory and consider it as part of the South Tibet region. A senior Indian Army officer Gajraj Corps Tezpur said about the case that the Indian Army’s intelligence agency was aware of the incident in the month of February. He says China is slowly coming like the McMahon line. The Chinese government plans to assist the Chinese army “People’s Liberation Army” (PLA) by establishing them in villages adjacent to the McMahon Line. At the same time, the Chinese government can try to capture Arunachal Pradesh. That is why the Indian Army is keeping a close watch. So, there is no concern in this matter, the official said that the Chinese government will not be able to do anything in Arunachal Pradesh. The Indian Army and intelligence agencies are keeping an eye on China. The Chinese Army People’s Liberation Army can never cross the McMahon line and reach India.
