Scarlett House Takes Indē Wild’s Fragrances from Scent to Sip with Two Limited-Time Cocktails

Mumbai – Scarlett House, Bandra is known for bringing together unexpected ideas across food, cocktails, and culture, and this August, the house turns its attention to fragrance. In collaboration with beauty brand Indē Wild, Scarlett House has created two cocktails inspired by the scent profiles of the brand’s new Hair & Body Fragrance Mists, translating fragrance into flavour, aroma, and visual expression. Launching on 20th August 2026, the limited-time collaboration introduces Solar Skin and After Heat, two cocktails that take distinctly different approaches to the idea of experiencing a fragrance through the senses.

Rather than simply drawing inspiration from the fragrances, Scarlett House has interpreted their individual personalities through its cocktail programme. Solar Skin is soft, floral, and refreshing, while After Heat brings a more dramatic visual element to the table. Together, the cocktails showcase Scarlett House’s playful approach to creating experiences that extend beyond the glass and invite guests to engage with familiar ideas in unexpected ways.

Solar Skin is a delicate gin cocktail built around jasmine cordial, elderflower, white tea, and fresh lime juice. The floral notes create a soft aromatic character, while fresh lime adds brightness and freshness to the drink. Inspired by the warmth and softness of sunlight, it is an elegant, easy-drinking expression that brings a lighter interpretation of fragrance to the cocktail menu.

For those looking for something more theatrical, After Heat delivers a cocktail experience that evolves as it is enjoyed. Blue-pea-infused vodka creates a deep blue base, while tangerine cordial introduces citrus acidity that shifts the cocktail towards purple. Vanilla whey, coconut water, and black pepper tincture add layers of flavour, while a vegan foamer creates texture and food-grade gold glitter gives the drink its final shimmer. Inspired by heat, light, and energy, After Heat combines flavour with a visual transformation that makes the cocktail as much about the experience as the drink itself.

The collaboration reflects Scarlett House’s approach to cocktails as an extension of the overall hospitality experience. Working with Indē Wild presented an opportunity to take the language of fragrance and reinterpret it through the bar, using ingredients, colour, aroma, and presentation to create two drinks with distinct personalities. The result is a collaboration that feels playful, sensory, and distinctly rooted in Scarlett House’s approach to creating memorable experiences.

“We wanted to take the idea of fragrance and look at it from a completely different perspective. At Scarlett House, we are always interested in finding new ways to make cocktails feel experiential, so translating the personalities of these fragrances into drinks felt like a natural and exciting direction. Solar Skin and After Heat are very different from each other, but both are designed to make you experience the fragrance in an unexpected way,” says Malaya Nagpal, Co-founder, Scarlett House.

The Scarlett House x Indē Wild cocktail collaboration will be available exclusively at Scarlett House, Bandra from 20th August 2026 for one month. Guests can experience Solar Skin and After Heat, each priced at ₹850, as a limited-time addition to the cocktail programme, bringing together fragrance, flavour, and visual storytelling in two distinct expressions.
