Drawing from the rich culinary heritage of Ballymaloe, the specially curated menu celebrates the simplicity and elegance of Irish cuisine through thoughtfully crafted dishes that honour provenance, craftsmanship, and flavour. The experience opens with comforting favourites such as Rory’s Tomato, Leek and Squash Broth with Parsley Pesto, accompanied by traditional Seaweed (Dillisk) Scones, alongside freshly baked Ballymaloe Brown Yeast Bread and White Soda Bread, offering guests an authentic taste of Ireland’s countryside traditions.
The journey continues with a refined second course featuring Hot-Smoked Fish paired with silky labneh, cucumber pickle, and scallion oil, while a beautifully composed vegetarian alternative showcases smoked beetroot with the same vibrant accompaniments. The main course pays tribute to the heart of Irish home cooking, with a family-style presentation of Irish Stew accompanied by Colcannon, Melted Greens, and an Autumn Green Salad. Vegetarian diners can savour the comforting richness of a Spiced Vegetable Kerry Pie, inspired by the bounty of Ireland’s seasonal produce.
A highlight of the experience is the enchanting Taste of Ballymaloe Dessert Trolley, a delightful finale featuring an array of bite-sized classics including Apple Tartlets, Almond Tartlets with Raspberries, Aquafaba Meringues with Fresh Berries and Softly Whipped Cream, Lemon Posset with Crystallised Lemon Peel, and Chocolate Mousse nestled in Chocolate Cups with Irish Whiskey Butterscotch Sauce.
