Mangaldai : Along with the rest of the country on Saturday the birth anniversary of ‘Iron Man’ Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel has been observed in head quarter of SSB 37 Battalion at Nij Shyamabari – Tiajhar village near here as the National Day of Unity . According to information received from the SSB the celebration marked several programmes including run for unity by the members of the family welfare association of the wives of the SSB personnels known as ‘Sandiksha’, classes on cyber crime. This was followed by ceremonial pledge and march past performed by the SSB personnel. Similarly ceremonial oath taking was also done on the occasion here at the Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall.
Very good initiative taken by the Sandiksha members of 37BN SSB, Mangaldoi.
