Swiggy Scenes Presents Class Is In Session, No Cap: A Hands-On Pizza Workshop with Pizza No Cap
Bengaluru: For most diners, pizza begins and ends at the table. At Class Is In Session, No Cap, guests are invited to step behind the scenes and discover everything that happens before the first slice is served.
On 5 July 2026, Swiggy Scenes and Pizza No Cap will bring together food enthusiasts, curious home cooks and pizza lovers for an immersive, hands-on workshop designed to unpack the science, creativity and technique behind one of the world’s most beloved foods. Hosted at Pizza No Cap, the experience transforms the restaurant into a collaborative learning space where guests can explore the building blocks of great pizza through experimentation and guided instruction.
Rooted in the idea that great pizza is as much science as it is skill, the workshop takes participants through the fundamentals of pizza-making, from fermentation and hydration to ingredient pairings, heat management and flavour development. Led by Chefs Vichita Kumar, Rahul Singh and Siddharth Nest from the Pizza No Cap team, the session offers guests an opportunity to understand not just what works, but why it works.
Designed as a social and interactive experience rather than a traditional classroom setting, participants will work in small groups to experiment with doughs, sauces, toppings and techniques, creating pizzas that reflect their own tastes and ideas. Along the way, guests will enjoy tastings, engage directly with the chefs and gain a deeper appreciation for the craft behind every pizza that leaves the kitchen.
To add a playful competitive element to the evening, the most creative and compelling pizzas will be selected by the Pizza No Cap team, with the winners receiving a ₹2,000 Pizza No Cap voucher each.
