Bringing together French art de vivre and the richness of Indian ingredients, the collection reflects a thoughtful approach to cocktail creation. Each composition is guided by balance and clarity, where flavour, texture, and aroma are considered in equal measure.
The programme draws on a range of modern techniques, applied with subtlety and intent. Milk washing, referenced within the atelier’s broader approach, sits alongside clarification and fat-washing used across select creations, while house infusions and vapour-led aromatics lend depth and nuance, each element contributing to a composition that remains refined and composed.
Among the highlights, Botaniste Majlis presents a fresh interplay of cucumber and elderflower, lifted through a delicate aromatic finish that evokes the lightness of a summer garden. L’Ananas Céleste offers a tropical profile, where pineapple and tender coconut unfold with natural fluidity and gentle sweetness.
Mumbai Sunset Elixir captures the essence of the city at dusk, combining Aperol, citrus, and kokum in a composition refined through dual infusion and clarification, resulting in a smooth, luminous character. Safran Élysée introduces a more opulent note, with saffron and honey layered over white grapes, enriched through fat-washing and clarification to achieve a silky, rounded texture.
Completing the selection, Sultan Réserve balances musk melon and yuzu lime with a restrained aromatic lift, delivering a finish that is clean, elegant, and quietly complex.
