The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline to submit written comments for the Draft of Telecom Consumers Protection (Thirteenth Amendment) Regulations, 2026. The new date for the submission will be 5th of next month. The TRAI said that the decision has been taken in view of the requests received from stakeholders and their association for extension of deadline.
The Authority said that, as requested by some stakeholders, counter comments can also be sent on the comments. The last date for submission of counter comments is the 12th of next month. The comments on the draft amendment and counter comments can be sent to the email ID: fea1-div@trai.gov.in <mailto:fea1-div@trai.gov.in>.
