The following train services will be regulated in connection with traffic regulations for track doubling works in Madurai – Virudunagar Section.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION
1. Train No. 20691 Tambaram – Nagercoil Junction Antyodaya Superfast leaving Tambaram on 17th October 2022 will be short-terminated at Dindigul Jn. station. The train will be partially cancelled between Dindigul and Nagercoil Jn.
2. Train No. 20692 Nagercoil Junction – Tambaram Antyodaya Superfast will commence service from Dindigul Jn. instead of Nagercoil Jn. on 18th October 2022. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagercoil Jn. and Dindigul Jn.
3. Train No. 16321 Nagercoil Junction – Coimbatore Junction Daily Express will commence service from Dindigul Jn. instead of Nagercoil Jn. on 18th October 2022. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagercoil Jn. and Dindigul Jn.
4. Train No.16322 Coimbatore Junction – Nagercoil Junction Daily Express leaving Coimbatore Jn. on 18th October 2022 will be short-terminated at Dindigul Jn. station. The train will be partially cancelled between Dindigul Jn. and Nagercoil Jn.
DIVERSION
1. Train No. 16128 Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Express leaving Guruvayur on 17th October 2022 will be diverted between Virudunagar Jn. and Madurai Jn. via Manamadurai Jn. An Additional stoppage will be provided at Manamadurai Jn.
2. Train No. 16340 Nagercoil Junction – Mumbai CSMT Express leaving Nagercoil Jn on 18th October 2022 will be diverted between Virudunagar Jn. and Madurai Jn. via Manamadurai. The train will be provided additional temporary stoppage at Manamadurai Jn.
3. Train No. 22627 Tiruchchirappalli Junction – Thiruvananthapuram Central Intercity Express leaving Tiruchchirappalli Jn. on 18th October 2022 will be diverted between Madurai Jn. and Virudunagar Jn. via Manamadurai Jn. The train will be provided additonal temporary stoppage at Manamadurai Jn.
RESCHEDULING
· Train No.16342 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Guruvayur Intercity Express scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Ctrl. at 17.30 hrs. on 18th October 2022 will be rescheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Ctrl. at 18.30 hrs. (late by 1 hour).
