Alike every year, this year too Kolkata Gojukai Karate Do Kenbukan (An affiliate of India JKF Gojukai/Takuji-Kenbukan Association) is going to organize its annual inter school/college karate event, ZENITH 2020 on 3rd and 4th October under Sensei Dipak Kumar Shaw.
Around 250 boys and girls from various schools and colleges from all over West Bengal is going to take part in this 2-day virtual extravaganza.
Amidst this pandemic, caused due to Covid19, the organizers still want to keep the spirits of the karatekas high by organizing this event virtually from the participant’s home.
The two events of ZENITH 2020 are – Kihons (Basics) and Kata (Forms), which will further divide into various age and belt categories for boys and girls separately.
Around 15 referee and judges will judge the students in the two days, where all the participants will perform their events virtually from their homes.
The Chief Referee for this event is Sensei Dipak Kumar Shaw, who is a National Referee & Judge and all India representative of World JKF Gojukai/Takuji-Kenbukan Association.
