Patna: In Bihar, the COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 89.29percent. 1,480 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, while 1,543 were tested negative.
1 lakh 37 thousand 271 patients have recovered from the infection in the state so far. At present 15 thousand 678 patients are under treatment in various hospitals. Positive cases have mounted to 1 lakh 53,735. The number of casualties due to Corona has gone upto 785.
The total number of tests has crossed 45 lakhs 62 thousand in the state. Meanwhile plasma therapy began at Bhagalpur Medical College hospital. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said efforts are on to ramp up RT-PCR testing in the state.
