The specially curated spread, crafted by the Executive Chef Kalpesh Kature and his team,  celebrates the authentic flavours of Bengal with an indulgent selection of Bengali Fish Curry, Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Malai Curry, Luchi and Basanti Pulao complemented by traditional sweets including Mishti Doi and Rasgulla.
