Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge Accuses BJP-RSS Of Seeking Constitutional Changes, Urges Unity To Protect Democracy

Katihar: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge today alleged that BJP and RSS want to change the Constitution of the country, so they are longing for more than Four hundred Lok Sabha seats. Addressing his second public meeting at Rajendra Stadium in Katihar Mr Kharge said BJP is running away from real issues like inflation and unemployment because they have ulterior motives which are not good for democracy. The Congress Chief said party has given call for crusade against divisive forces and save constitution. He said BJP is toppling elected governments in states by using money power and misuse of enforcement agencies. Mr. Kharge alleged that Congress leaders like Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi have sacrificed their lives for the unity of country but BJP has not such history.

Earlier, Mr. Kharge addressed his first public meeting in Bihar from Bahadurganj in Kishanganj.
