Gurugram : Emiza, India’s leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider, announced the launch of its new warehouse facility in Farukhnagar, Haryana, to meet the growing demands of the e-commerce and retail sectors, particularly in the northern India region, marking a significant milestone in its logistics and supply chain capabilities. The latest addition marks Emiza’s sixth warehouse in the Delhi/NCR region and expands the company’s total warehousing footprint to over 60,00,000 lakh cubic feet across 11+ cities and 11+ states. Spread across 1,20,000 sq. ft., the warehouse has a pallet capacity of 15,000 and includes 23 docks to streamline loading and dispatch operations.

The Farukhnagar facility is designed to handle 800,000 orders per month, significantly bolstering Emiza’s capabilities, while also being developed as a dedicated return processing centre with built-in capabilities to manage returns for partner brands. Positioned in a key logistics hub, the facility enables optimised last-mile services and improved order fulfilment for businesses in the region. In line with its commitment to sustainability, Emiza will be installing solar panels at this warehouse, similar to its KSquare facility, reinforcing its focus on greener energy and environmentally responsible operations. As operations continue to scale, the warehouse is also set to support the local economy by creating more than 500 employment opportunities, further strengthening the region’s position as a growing centre for logistics activity.

Commenting on the launch, Ajay Rao, Founder & CEO, Emiza, said, “The Farukhnagar warehouse is a milestone in Emiza’s journey to redefine how logistics infrastructure supports modern businesses. Beyond its physical scale, it reflects a vision of agility, resilience, and forward-thinking design, where operations can quickly adapt to changing market needs. This facility enables us to respond faster to client demands, integrate advanced systems for seamless supply chain management, and set a benchmark for future expansion. It’s a strategic investment in creating a logistics ecosystem that combines efficiency with reliability across India.”

Jitendra Kumar, Co-founder, Emiza, added, “The Farukhnagar facility has been built with a strong focus on operational efficiency and smooth movement of goods. From the layout of the warehouse to the equipment installed, every element is designed to support faster handling, accurate storage and timely dispatch. The facility is equipped with VMS-enabled CCTV surveillance, balanced ventilation systems, multi-tier shelving racks and modern stackers that help improve storage utilisation and cargo movement. With features such as high floor load-bearing capacity, adequate clear height and well-structured dock doors with dedicated loading and unloading bays, the warehouse enables our teams to manage large volumes while maintaining consistency and reliability in day-to-day operations.”

Additionally, the facility incorporates robust safety and management systems to ensure secure and uninterrupted operations. These include a comprehensive firefighting and fire alarm system, a diesel generator (DG-set) power backup, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the premises. Alongside these measures, the facility has been developed in line with required regulatory and operational standards, reflecting a structured approach to safety, compliance, and day-to-day reliability within the warehouse environment.

With the Farukhnagar facility now becoming operational, the expansion represents another step in strengthening Emiza’s warehousing network across key logistics corridors. By adding greater capacity and operational depth to its infrastructure, the company is better positioned to support businesses with reliable and scalable supply chain solutions as demand for efficient fulfilment and distribution continues to grow across India.
