Guwahati : Now, prices of essential commodities including petrol and diesel are becoming costlier across the country. Due to price rise, the poor people of the country have started struggling. That is why the BJP Government has become distrustless to the people of the country. With this, the BJP faces a big challenge in the upcoming five state elections. The results of bypolls to three Lok Sabha seats and 29 assembly seats in 13 states and union territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli in the country ahead of assembly elections in five states including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Punjab early next year may be a matter of concern for the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Centre. While the BJP’s fabric was cleared in Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal and Rajasthan, its key satraps in Assam and Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan respectively gave the party an effective victory in the bypolls held in their respective states. However, the results for basavaraj bommai, the equivalent of the two in Karnataka, were mixed.

The year 2022 is the election year. Assembly elections are scheduled to be held in five states of the country. All the five states are crucial for the bjp and the Congress, the two major parties in the country. The way it is seen that the Congress party is battling infighting in the electoral states. Coming to Manipur, the BJP is ruling here, but there are serious internal strife in the state unit. Just as after the death of farmers in Lakhimpur on October 3, organically has caught the attention of the entire country. All opposition parties including Congress are in no mood to leave Lakhimpur. This could prove to be a big problem for the Yogi Adityanath government in UP.A high level BJP source said it was a question of respect for Modi, Shah and JP Nadda. Due to this, the BJP national leadership is trying to make all strategic changes in any way to win this election. Bjp General Secretary (Organisation) BL Santosh today said that the Prime Minister is finally confident that the BJP will win the elections in 4 states in 2022 with a big split between the opposition parties. He said assembly elections are scheduled to be held in 5 states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Goa and Punjab in February-March next year. Bjp is in power in 4 states other than Punjab. At the same time, the BJP would like to strengthen its position in Punjab. The time has begun to meet and strategize for this.Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President JP Nadda have also made some strategic changes to create a better electoral structure in these five states and come back to power with better results.
