Make the campaign fruitful by solving the problems of common people: CM Chouhan

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that an active and sensitive role should be played to solve the problems of the general public to make the second phase of the Mukhyamantri Jan Seva Abhiyan a success, The second phase of the campaign will operate with two phases. The date of the first campaign was fixed from May 10 to May 25, now it will operate from May 10 to May 31. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed the collectors that under the campaign, officers and employees at every level should work with full authenticity and get the common people free from problems.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will launch the second phase of the campaign from Alirajpur district. The applications related to the major 67 services identified in the campaign will be of 2 categories. In the first category there will be applications already received and pending applications and in the second category new applications will be received. The date of May 31 has been fixed for the final disposal of applications. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, while reviewing the preparations for the second phase of Mukhyamantri Jan Sewa Abhiyan, gave necessary instructions to the collectors through the VC.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that all the collectors should make efforts that the applications of the citizens should not remain pending for disposal. Only then the fruitfulness of this campaign will be proved. The Chief Minister said that under the campaign, special camps would be organised in every ward,  village and urban areas from May 16 to 31. 2 major tasks of the campaign, applications related to 67 civil services provided by the government will be disposed of and 100 percent redressal of complaints lodged and pending in the CM Helpline till April 15 will be done.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that such works in which the legally necessary process has to be completed will be completed by the coming month of July. In such cases, there can be applications related to sharing of revenue. The application which is other than the 67 identified services should also be registered separately and resolved through the camp within the time limit.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that beneficiary-oriented applications will not be given in the camps because for this work has been done in the first phase of Mukhyamantri Jan-Seva Abhiyan. Action will be taken to resolve the applications for the identified services in the camps. The Chief Minister said that during the campaign for redressal of complaints of CM help lines, all pending complaints would be redressed except those pending due to budgetary reasons, policy reasons or cases in courts. Information about the disposal of every application and complaint will also be given to the complainant.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed the collectors that action should be taken against the culprits who kept the applications pending. Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains said that continuous efforts should be made to solve the problems in the districts through their own initiative before the applications are received. MLA Shri Yashpal Singh Sisodia was present.
