Bhopal: Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today addressed a public meeting of the Congress party at Nai Sarai in Ashoknagar district of Madhya Pradesh. In his address, Rahul Gandhi guaranteed to conduct caste census and fulfill the guarantees given in the Congress manifesto. Mr Gandhi alleged that the Government of India is run by 90 officers and the budget of India is also distributed by these 90 officers.
