Guwahati: A major smuggling racket has been busted by the Railway Police in Guwahati today. According to the information, the police have arrested three persons with about Rs 1 crore at Guwahati railway station, after which they are being interrogated. Railway Police said that rpf raided paltan market gate and an amount of one crore rupees was seized in the rpf action. Rs 1 crore was brought from Arunachal. The Tejas Express tried to go to New Delhi with this money. The Guwahati police have detained three persons.
