Shell India opens (Shell Helix) flagship workshop in Hyderabad, strengthening trusted and reliable car care
Hyderabad – Shell India today announced the opening of two Shell Helix Flagship Workshops in Hyderabad, bringing together Shell’s lubricant expertise with a differentiated, premium workshop experience for car owners. Built around reliable and transparent service, the new format is designed to strengthen trust and confidence in the car-servicing experience.
The launch builds on Shell’s established presence in India’s independent workshop ecosystem through its Branded Independent Workshop (BIWS) channel. The Shell Helix Flagship Workshop programme builds on this network to bring technologically advanced products together with a best-in-class service experience, reinforcing Shell Helix’s commitment to delivering premium car care customers can trust.
Inaugurating the flagship workshop, Ankita Mehra, Chief Marketing Officer, Shell Lubricants India, said: “Our ambition is for Shell to be the trusted partner of choice for premium workshops, helping to deliver a differentiated experience built on reliability and transparency. The two Shell Helix Flagship Workshops are located at Revive Auto (Vasant Motors), 100 Ft Road, Madhapur, HITEC City, and RK Motors, D-Mart Lane, opposite RTA Office, Manneguda. Both workshops will offer customers a range of car-care and maintenance services, alongside Shell’s range of passenger-car engine oils. Services available may vary by workshop.
The offering includes Shell’s portfolio of Shell Helix four-wheeler engine oils, including Shell Helix Ultra, the only motor oil used, trusted and recommended by Scuderia Ferrari HP. Shell Helix Ultra is formulated using Shell PurePlus Technology, a process that converts natural gas into base oil, combined with Shell’s Active Cleansing Technology.
