Singh Sahib and Emberstone Irish Whiskey Bring Royal Indian Flavours and Irish Craftsmanship Together at The Legacy Pop-Up
Gurugram: Singh Sahib, the Indian restaurant at M3M 65th Avenue, Gurugram, has partnered with Emberstone Irish Whiskey to present The Legacy Pop-Up, an immersive culinary experience that brings together the richness of royal Indian flavours and the craftsmanship of Irish whiskey.
Running from 10th to 21st September 2026, the pop-up invites guests to explore a curated selection of Emberstone Irish Whiskey paired with an assortment of kebabs from Singh Sahib. The experience brings together the whiskey’s layered character with the rich, nuanced flavours and textures of Indian kebabs.
The pairing menu features a selection of vegetarian offerings, including Nadru Aur Makhane Ki Galouti, Paneer Tikka Zaffarani and Dingri Singhada Seekh, alongside non-vegetarian favourites such as Badami Kalmi Kebab, Murgh Bemisal and Nawabi Galouti Kebab.
Emberstone Irish Whiskey offers layered notes of toasted oak, dried fruits, vanilla, honeyed malt and baked orchard fruits, creating an interesting complement to the spices, smokiness and richness of Singh Sahib’s kebabs. The pairing has been thoughtfully designed to allow guests to experience the interplay between the whiskey’s nuanced notes and the diverse flavours of Indian cuisine.
As part of the pop-up, Emberstone Irish Whiskey pours will be available at ₹299 for the first pour, ₹349 for the second, and ₹429 thereafter, giving diners an opportunity to explore the pairings at their own pace.
